Before you start
Your Hyperbeat account KYC must be approved before making a fiat deposit.
First-time users complete a one-time identity verification with Noah, our deposit and offramp partner (a short in-app step, see Verification requirements for fiat deposits).
On first use, we set up your own virtual bank account so you can receive transfers under your own name. For US (USD) accounts, banking services are provided through Lead Bank, Member FDIC. Hyperbeat is a financial technology company, not a bank.
How to deposit
Open the Pay section and tap Add funds.
Select Fiat.
Choose your currency, USD or EUR, and pick your transfer network.
If prompted, complete the one-time Noah verification and virtual account setup.
You'll see your bank transfer details. Send your deposit from your bank using exactly those details, and only in the currency shown.
Your transaction appears as Waiting for bank deposit. Once your transfer arrives, the status updates to Converting to crypto.
When conversion is complete, the transaction moves to Ready to finalize and a Sign to finalize button appears in your transaction list. Tap it.
Sign the transaction. Your funds arrive in your Liquid Bank account within a few minutes, and the status shows Completed.
Supported deposit currencies
USD via ACH or Fedwire. (SWIFT is temporarily unavailable for maintenance.)
EUR via SEPA. EUR is automatically converted to your USD balance.
FAQs
Do I need to sign every deposit?
Yes. The final Sign to finalize step is required once per deposit. This is the step that delivers your funds into your Liquid Bank account, and only you can approve it.
What if I miss the "Sign to finalize" notification?
No problem. Your transaction stays in a Ready to finalize state in your transaction history with no expiry. Just open the transaction and tap the finalize button whenever you're ready.
Which bank is my USD account with?
Your US virtual account details are issued through Lead Bank, Member FDIC. Hyperbeat is a financial technology company, not a bank, and banking services are provided by Lead Bank.
Why do I get a virtual bank account?
It gives you real transfer details (account and routing number, or IBAN and SWIFT) in your own name, so you can send money from your existing bank just like any normal transfer.
Is there a deposit limit?
Yes, you can deposit up to $10,000 per transaction. You can make more than one deposit.
Are there fees?
Each network has its own fee, which is shown on the transfer details screen before you send anything. Your own bank may also charge a fee for outgoing transfers.
