Verification requirements for fiat (deposits & withdrawals)

To use fiat deposits or withdrawals, you need to complete two layers of identity verification.

Step 1: Hyperbeat KYC (Sumsub)

Before accessing any fiat features, your Hyperbeat account must pass standard identity verification powered by Sumsub.

What's required:

  • Government-issued photo ID (passport preferred; national ID or driver's license accepted in most regions)

  • Selfie / liveness check

  • Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days) may be required depending on your region

Approval time: Typically within 2 minutes if all documents are submitted correctly.

If your Hyperbeat KYC is already approved, you can skip this step.

Step 2: Noah verification (fiat-specific)

The first time you initiate a fiat deposit or withdrawal, you'll be prompted to complete a brief additional verification through Noah, the provider that processes your bank transfers.

What's involved:

  • Government-issued photo ID - passport, national ID, or driver's licence

  • Selfie / liveness check - a short on-camera prompt to match you to your ID

  • This is handled inside a secure Noah-hosted screen within the app

Approval: Typically instant or within a few minutes. Once approved, your account is permanently unlocked for all fiat features - you will not be asked to verify again.

FAQs

Why do I need to verify twice? Hyperbeat KYC verifies your identity for the platform. Noah verification is a separate compliance requirement for the regulated fiat payment service. Both are required once and cover all fiat activity going forward.

My Noah verification was rejected. What do I do? Common reasons for rejection include: blurry or cropped ID photos, expired documents, or a mismatch between your ID and the details on your Hyperbeat account. Try resubmitting with a clear, unobstructed photo of a valid document. If the issue persists, contact support.
