FAQs

How long do withdrawals take? Processing typically takes 10–30 minutes. Bank transfer timing then depends on your currency and bank: usually same-day to next business day.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount? Minimum amounts vary by currency and are displayed on-screen when you select a withdrawal method.

Does the bank account have to be in my name? No. Fiat withdrawals can be sent to any bank account, it does not have to be in your name. You can use Hyperbeat Pay to make third-party payments, such as paying a supplier, freelancer, or anyone else with a supported bank account. Just make sure you enter the recipient's banking details correctly, as transfers cannot be reversed once processed.

Can I cancel a withdrawal after signing? Once you sign Step 1, the process cannot be cancelled. Make sure the amount and currency are correct before signing.

Why are there two signing steps? The withdrawal process requires two confirmations to complete. Step 1 initiates the withdrawal; Step 2 triggers the transfer to your bank account.
