FAQs

My bank deposit status has been "Bank deposit pending" for a long time. What should I do? This means Hyperbeat hasn't received your bank transfer yet. Processing times vary by bank and payment method - check the table above. If it's been more than 2 business days, contact your bank first to confirm the transfer was sent successfully.

Do I need to do anything while my deposit is converting? No. You'll receive a notification (and see a button in your transaction history) when your funds are ready to finalize. You only need to return to the app to sign at that point.

Can I cancel a deposit once it's been sent? Once your bank transfer has been sent, it cannot be cancelled through Hyperbeat. Contact your bank directly if you need to recall the transfer before it arrives.
