What is the Visa Airport Companion app?
The Visa Airport Companion app gives Visa cardholders access to:
Participating airport lounges (typically pay-as-you-go)
Merchant discounts and airport offers
You’ll see participating lounges, entry options, and fees directly in the app.
Step 1 — Download the app
iOS (App Store): Visa Airport Companion
Android (Google Play): Visa Airport Companion
Search by name in your app store and install.
Step 2 — Create your account
Open the app and Sign Up (create a username & password).
Add your Visa card: enter your Hyperbeat Pay card details (virtual or physical).
Where to find your card details:
In the Hyperbeat Pay app → Card → Details (virtual card), or
On your physical card (if issued)
Tip: Make sure your Hyperbeat Pay card is active before enrolling.
Region recognition note (important)
Some regions may not correctly recognize crypto-issued cards in Visa’s system. If you run into issues during registration, try selecting Puerto Rico as the country of card issuance to complete sign-up. We’re working with partners and Visa to improve recognition.
